Hello friends!! Today I am going to share my Mussoorie trip experience. As it was month of June  a summer season in India, the weather was too hot and scotching. Luckily I got big break from my office and got seven days leave for holiday. I checked on the internet and asked to many about famous hill stations. They all advised me to visit Mussoorie which is quite near from Delhi. Mussoorie is known as a ‘Queen of Hill station’ and will definitely relieve me of Delhi’s burning heat. So finally I decided to visit there. After making all necessary preparations I took a bus from Kashmiri gate around 9:45 PM and my journey had begun.

Next morning my first halt was at Dehradun where I had my breakfast, it was delicious and I really enjoyed some bread pakoda, puris specially jalebi with hot tea. Now my next halt was my destination (Mussoorie) it is just an hour drive from Dehradun. I took another bus from ISBT Dehradun.

Finally i was in Mussoorie. I started capturing some beautiful scenes. It was fine pleasing and cool day. The scenery was most enchanting with delightful mountain. The mountain slops are covered with tall, green trees. I felt happy in the company of nature. The cloud sailing across the sky and peaks of the high mountains in the distance filled my heart with joy.

Then I took walk through Mall road the famous road of Mussoorie. It was peak season so many tourists visited there around the world. They were enjoying horse riding. The horse rides along the mall road and the edge of the road was quite daring, it was also a real thrill.

I was quite tired so I was looking for hotel. In order to peak season getting a Hotel room was impossible for the common man. But I was lucky enough to get it. After one day journey i was little bit tired and wanted to settle myself comfortably.

I woke up around 4:00PM and took walk. Mussoorie’s markets were full of tourists, some were taking pictures and some were enjoying market’s vibe. I was also doing the same.

There was rope way ride also to ‘Gun Hill Point’ the second highest peak of Mussoorie was just awesome. It costs around 75 rupees per person.

It takes 25 minutes to reach the hill top, can also enjoy view of beautiful hills and Mussoorie city.

I enjoyed night walk at Mall road.

Next day morning I was having my breakfast looking across the hotel window. I had a great view of the valley down. The valley fully covered with fog and dense fog engulfing the mountains to give a mesmerising look.

Finally my trip has come to an end and by noon I was back to Dehradun and then Delhi with some awesome memories of Mussoorie.

The trip was awesome the journey from Delhi to Mussoorie was little bit tiring but once you are in Mussoorie you forget everything.......☺ !!!
